Angle Of Crease Variations

Despite the constant shape of the slit, the differnet angles of the crease will create different forms.
Left:  I(Left)  and II (Right)




 Below:   III (Left ) , IV (Centre) and V (Right)

Variation V, with its near horizontal crease, pivots a long way as the card is opened,whereas the other two remain more static when opened.



Illustration:

Fish: height 30cm (12 in) the double "V" mouth made by using the Angle Of Crease technique, animates the fish- as the card opens, the mouth closes; Torn paper creates the water effects. The off-centre depiction of the fish adds much visual interest to the pop-up.
